Lucky Bear Tap is a product line of Luckey Bear Creations LLC, Minot, North Dakota (“we” and “us”). This page explains what information we collect when you visit luckybeartap.com or place an order, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you visit the site. There are no accounts on this site, and we don’t run analytics or advertising trackers on it. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) for security and reliability. The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
• When you place an order. Checkout is run by Stripe. You give Stripe your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and payment details. We also receive what you type into the order form: the name to print, the link your product should open, and your art choice.
• When you email us. We keep the messages and files you send, such as a logo for your order.

How we use it

We use your information to make and ship your order, email you a design proof to approve, answer your questions, fix problems, and keep business records. We use your phone number only to reach you about your order. We don’t sell your information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes your payment. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us, and Stripe’s handling of them is covered by Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Suppliers and carriers who help us print, program, and deliver your order get only what they need for that job, such as the artwork and link for your product, or a shipping address if they deliver it.
• Others when required. We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

The link on your product

The link you give us is where your card, stand, tag, or keychain sends people when they tap or scan it. Anyone who taps your product can see where it goes, so only use a link you’re comfortable sharing.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support your order and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Emails and design files are kept for as long as they’re useful for support.

Your choices

You can email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We’ll do that unless we’re required to keep a record, for example for tax purposes.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
